Services are delivered through our web platform via digital content, AI chat interactions, and audio sessions. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Whop)

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Marczell AI platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated audio, profiling algorithms, coaching methodologies, and software — is the property of Marczell Klein Corp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Marczell AI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized coaching insights, behavioral profiles, and hypnosis audio. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content is provided for personal development purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You acknowledge that results may vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marczell Klein Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
